Topics include the wide range of modifications needed to address different levels of healing after birth, how to check for and monitor Diastasis Recti, practices to improve pelvic floor function and health, considerations for anatomical/physiological recovery and more-
Portions of the postnatal training are eligible for Yoga Alliance CEU's. The training is also approved for SMS elective hours for the Anusara advanced teacher training modules (500 hr).
