Mommy and Toddler Yoga
Please welcome our new Mommy and Toddler Yoga teacher! Rachel Lytle will be teaching this class every Wednesday from 9:30-10:15 am. Finally, a class for the little ones! Yoga, songs, stories and movement for those of you with kiddos on the move. A great option for parents with children under 5 that want to introduce yoga -- Come play and learn together. Regular class passes apply, pre-register online through Mindbody to reserve your space.
More about Rachel:
Rachel Lytle has been practicing yoga on and off for ten years. She has a 200 hour RYT from Yandara Yoga, 500 hour RYT from Infusion Yoga, and a 24 hour Children’s Yoga Certificate fromthe Ashville Yoga Center. In 2018 she completed trainings for Registered Prenatal and Children’s Yoga. While asana has benefited her life, it is the overall lifestyle that is yoga that has really changed Rachel’s life. Rachel enjoys teaching yoga as a lifestyle and a practice. Her philosophy is that yoga goes beyond the doors of the studio. As the homeschool mother of four children she is focused on sharing yoga with the next generation.
